Lucile Ateliers Designs cannot be held responsible for loss, delays in delivery due to errors or disturbances attributable to the carriers.

Delivery mode
Tracked delivery
It is available for delivery of books and small objects measuring less than 3 cm. Once the order has been handed over to La Poste, you will receive a tracking number. You may have to wait until the day after this notification to see the status of your order on the La Poste website. Delivery is made within 48 hours to your home, Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays, directly to your letterbox. This delivery method does not include insurance, and no refund will be possible in the event of loss or theft.
Packages
It is delivered to your home within 48 to 72 hours, Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays. Packages are generally dispatched within France and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in your letterbox so that you can collect the parcel from the nearest post office (within 15 days). This delivery method includes insurance. This delivery is handled by La Poste (or the relay company in your country for deliveries outside France) or Fedex. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Returns
In accordance with the legislation in force for online sales, the purchaser has the possibility of returning an article which does not suit him, within 14 working days from the date of dispatch, accompanied by the invoice.
Any claim made after this deadline will not be accepted.
Items must be sent in their original condition (new and packaged). Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Knitting courses and digital knitting patterns may be exceptions to the right of withdrawal (see Terms and Conditions for details).
Refunds will be made upon receipt of the product and verification of its authenticity. Lucile Ateliers Designs reserves the right not to reimburse or only partially reimburse the item(s) returned.
In the event of error of order whose responsibility returns to Lucile Ateliers Designs, the expenses of returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of Lucile Ateliers Designs. In this case, please contact us within 4 days of receipt at the latest to report the error: contact@lucileateliersdesigns.com.
The purchaser undertakes to check the delivery details before validating the order. Any delivery error due to incorrect address information by the purchaser will not give rise to a refund. The cost of returning the products will be borne by the customer.
Informations
The purchaser must indicate on the delivery note any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his/her signature.
This verification is considered to have been carried out once the purchaser, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.
The buyer must then confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered mail within two working days of receiving the item(s) at the latest, and send a copy of this letter by fax or ordinary mail to the seller at the address given in the site’s legal notice.
