These two-color socks, worked from the top down, feature a pattern that evokes fields in spring. Cozy and warm, they are designed with an afterthought heel for a comfortable fit and easy construction. The Field socks offer a unique knitting experience, guided by the rhythm of colors.

YARN – LIGHT FINGERING:

212 m / 232 yds
Pinta – Pascuali : 2 skeins (one of each color)

Recommended yarns:

Pinta by Pascuali (60% Merino yarn, 20% Silk, 20% Ramie – 212 m / 232 yds per 50 g)

Gauge:

Gauge is measured dry after blocking.

• 38 sts x 40 rnds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4’’ worked in stockinette stitch with the stranded colorwork pattern, in the round.

Be sure to keep your gauge throughout the knitting so you won’t run out of yarn and will get the right dimensions.

NEEDLES & NOTION:

• 2.25 mm (US 1) circular needles suggested.
• Scrap yarn, 2 stitch markers, tapestry needle.
