Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of Lucile Ateliers Designs, except for digital products within the European Union. For sales of digital products outside France to a country in the European Union, Lucile Ateliers Designs undertakes to declare and pay the corresponding taxes. For all other products, taxes are entirely your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to check these aspects with your local authorities.<br\/>All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.<br\/>Lucile Ateliers Designs reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is validated and subject to availability.<br\/>Products remain the property of Lucile Ateliers Designs until full payment of the price. Orders will be shipped only upon receipt of payment. <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Availability<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the lucileateliersdesigns.com website and while stocks last.<br\/>If a product is unavailable after you place your order, we will inform you by email. We will offer you an equivalent alternative or a partial or full refund of your order, in agreement with the customer. The customer can choose between different delivery methods, which are displayed in the basket (tracked letter, colissimo). The products ordered are delivered at once. The choice of delivery method cannot be changed once payment has been made.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost of delivery is indicated in the basket once the billing address has been entered. The customer is informed of this cost before payment. <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The products offered comply with current French legislation. Lucile Ateliers Designs cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the import or use possibilities of the products or services you intend to order.<br\/>Furthermore, Lucile Ateliers Designs cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.<br\/>Finally, Lucile Ateliers Designs cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.  <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Applicable law in the event of disputes<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are governed by French law. In this context, you are liable. Any damage to the product on this occasion may invalidate the right of withdrawal.<br\/>Return shipping costs are at your expense.<br\/>If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Lucile Ateliers Designs will refund the sums paid within 14 days of being notified of your request, using the same payment method as the one used when placing the order.  <\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h6>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The supply of services (e.g. knitting lessons) fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after prior express agreement by the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, such as yarn shipped in blister packs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The supply of dematerialized digital content such as a PDF template.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Personal data<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to personal information and data concerning you, directly on the website.<br\/>Lucile Ateliers Designs reserves the right to collect personal information and data concerning you.
